Pre-Bid Conference Information
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on October 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Local Time), at TriMet’s Center Street Administrative Bldg., located at 4012 SE 17th St., Portland, OR 97202. Potential Bidders need to sign in on the Main Floor at the Security Desk, and wait in the Lobby until someone arrives to escort them to the meeting room. Attendees shall arrive no later than 5-minutes prior to the meeting’s start, as once the meeting starts the facilitator may not be able to bring latecomers to the meeting.

About TriMet
The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet), is a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon that serves as the primary public transit provider for the Portland metropolitan area. Covering a 533 square mile district across Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties; and extends from Troutdale to Forest Grove (east to west), and from Sauvie Island to Oregon City and Estacada (north to south). The agency is responsible for a multimodal network including the MAX Light Rail, an extensive bus system, the WES Commuter Rail, Frequent Express (FX), and LIFT Paratransit. As a public entity, TriMet operates under a seven-member board of directors appointed by the Governor of Oregon and is subject to the Oregon Public Contracting Code and its own specific Contract Review Board (TCRB) Rules.
