Description
TriMet invites proposals from qualified firms to provide design services for the Washington Park Environmental Control System (ECS), as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

Pre-Proposal Site Visit Information
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the surface (street) level of the Washington Park MAX light rail station’s elevators. The station is located on SW Knight Boulevard at the Oregon Zoo. Interested proposers are strongly encouraged to attend.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is strictly required and shall include a hard hat, protective eye covering (safety glasses), high-visibility safety vest, and sturdy, closed-toe work boots. Hearing Protection Devices (HPDs) are optional.

About TriMet
The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet), is a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon that serves as the primary public transit provider for the Portland metropolitan area. Covering a 533 square mile district across Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties; and extends from Troutdale to Forest Grove (east to west), and from Sauvie Island to Oregon City and Estacada (north to south). The agency is responsible for a multimodal network including the MAX Light Rail, an extensive bus system, the WES Commuter Rail, Frequent Express (FX), and LIFT Paratransit. As a public entity, TriMet operates under a seven-member board of directors appointed by the Governor of Oregon and is subject to the Oregon Public Contracting Code and its own specific Contract Review Board (TCRB) Rules.
