Special Instructions
Bring Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) with you to the Site Visit. PPE includes steel-toed boots, a yellow safety-vest, and a hard hat. Potential offerors who show up without the necessary PPE will not be allow to enter the building.

Pre-Quote Site Visit Information
A Site Visit Meeting will be held on July 1, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Local Time), at TriMet’s Merlo Bus Maintenance Facility, located at 16130 SW Merlo Rd., Beaverton, OR 97006. Potential Offerors need to call in to the visitor box to get let into the gate, park and meet outside the front door. Attendees shall arrive no later than 5-minutes prior to the meeting’s start, as once the meeting starts the facilitator may not be able to bring latecomers to the meeting.

About TriMet
The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet), is a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon that serves as the primary public transit provider for the Portland metropolitan area.
