The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (“TriMet”) is soliciting written proposals from qualified general contractors to provide both preconstruction services and Construction Manager/General Contractor (“CM/GC”) Services to construct TriMet’s Tualatin Valley (TV) Highway Transit & Safety Project (The Project)

Pre-Proposal Conference Information
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at TriMet’s One Main Place Office and via WebEx. Potential proposers should contact Kim Neal, Senior Contracts Administrator at nealk@trimet.org to obtain the meeting link. For those attending in person, the One Main Place Office is located at 101 SW Main St., Portland, OR 97204. Once you arrive in the Lobby, please let security know that you are here to visit TriMet. They will direct you to an elevator that will take you to the 7th floor, suite 700. Once there, sign in with the receptionist and someone will escort you to the meeting room. Interested proposers are strongly encouraged to attend.

About TriMet
The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet), is a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon that serves as the primary public transit provider for the Portland metropolitan area. Covering a 533 square mile district across Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties; and extends from Troutdale to Forest Grove (east to west), and from Sauvie Island to Oregon City and Estacada (north to south). The agency is responsible for a multimodal network including the MAX Light Rail, an extensive bus system, the WES Commuter Rail, Frequent Express (FX), and LIFT Paratransit. As a public entity, TriMet operates under a seven-member board of directors appointed by the Governor of Oregon and is subject to the Oregon Public Contracting Code and its own specific Contract Review Board (TCRB) Rules.
