Description
Salisbury University is seeking a qualified mechanical contractor to provide and installsupplemental dehumidification in the Information Technology (IT) Building. The project includes anoninvasive visual survey of existing HVAC conditions, installation of eight (8) new dehumidifiers(four ducted units and four wall-mounted units) per construction drawings, and integration withthe building’s existing electrical and drainage systems. Work also includes installation of wall-mounted humidistats, condensate pumps where required, and coordination with the University’sProject Manager throughout the project.
