The City of Redmond is initiating a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide engineering and design services for a new roundabout and associated water utility improvements. Proposals will be accepted electronically through the City’s online submission portal, Bid Locker, until 2:00 PM PT on June 9, 2026. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be given further consideration. Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids early and to allow extra time to ensure bids are uploaded by the deadline, as upload time can be impacted by the document size and the bidder’s bandwidth speed.

Proposals will be received online as instructed on the Bid Locker Portal. Hard copy bids will not be accepted, however, vendors may request to submit hard copies to the City, via mail or in person, by contacting the Single Point of Contact (SPC), no later than two (2) business days prior to the closing date, to make arrangements. Hard copies will not be accepted unless the vendor has made arrangements ahead of time. If a hard copy of the proposal is submitted without prior coordination with the SPC, the proposal will be returned (unopened) to the vendor without consideration. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted.
