Description
Through this Request for Qualifications (this “RFQ”), Prosper Portland (“Prosper Portland”) is requesting statements of qualifications, expertise, and pricing (“proposals”) from individuals or firms (“Proposers” or “you(r)”) to provide Economic Development, Real Estate, and Policy Analysis services on an “as needed” basis. Prosper Portland may award one or more Flexible Service Contracts from this RFQ. A Flexible Service Contract is a price agreement to provide a range of services with work authorized through Work Orders (see Section 4 of this RFQ). PROSPER PORTLAND MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF WORK UNDER A FLEXIBLE SERVICES CONTRACT.
