Description
Stearns Memorial Staircase Project includes; All materials, labor, permits, and other requirements outlined in the Contract Documents or inferred by the Contract Documents, necessary to complete stairway reconstruction as listed in the drawings and specifications. Project development includes but is not limited to, selective demolition, concrete flatwork and stair installation, asphalt paving, utility relocation, split rail fence installation, tree protection and landscape planting.Attachments
