Description

The City of Portland is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with demonstrated experience in stormwater regulatory compliance, stormwater management for both underground injection control and municipal separate storm sewer system with federal and state regulations associated with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System stormwater, surface water, and groundwater protection including WPCF UIC permitting; NPDES MS4 permitting; and TMDL regulations.
