Description
The City of Portland is planning to enter into multiple Price Agreements with Contractors to provide vacuum excavation services to the Bureau of Environmental Services (BES). Vacuum excavation is the removal and replacement of all materials via coring, vacuum extraction, or similar method for the purposes of locating an underground utility and to investigate underground conditions. BES will issue Task Orders under this Contract.Attachments
