Description
The contract contemplated consists of the performance of safe, quality and professional window cleaning services for the interior and exterior windows of the Oregon Convention Center and Portland Expo Center. Window cleaning will be achieved from the ground, using boom and scissor lifts, bosun chairs and securing climbing access.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held on the date/time listed below.
Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements.
Oregon Convention Center: 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tuesday September 8, 2026 at 10:00 am. Please meet in the main lobby located on NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and NE Oregon St (MLK LOBBY).
Parking passes will be sent out to interested bidders who RSVP on Bid Locker by 9:00 am September 8, 2026.
Parking passes will give you access to the P2 parking garage located in the back of the building off NE 1st Ave (P2 PARKING GARAGE).
