Description
Metro is requesting proposals for Drop Box Transportation Services for the Waste Prevention and Environmental Services Department.
Metro may award a contract to multiple firms for drop box transportation services. Metro makes no guarantee of loads or tonnage, and the resulting contract(s) will not grant exclusive rights to transport materials generated during the contract, whether currently existing or that may arise in the future.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held on September 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Interested Proposers and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend the conference to view the site and learn more about the requirements of this RFP. RSVP is required through BidLocker posting. The pre-proposal conference will not be held if no RSVPs are received. Attendees must wear a hard hat, high-visibility vest, and safety glasses while on site. The Metro facility is non-smoking.
