Description
Facilities at the Smith and Bybee Natural Area (park) have aged and require upgrades or replacement to address barriers identified in the Parks & Nature 2019 American Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. Additionally, the park has some longstanding operational and security challenges that need to be addressed. This project will improve accessibility, address safety and operational issues, and enhance the visitor experience.
Special Instructions
A voluntary pre-bid conference for all potential prime contractors is scheduled at the parking lot for Smith and Bybee Wetlands at 5300 N Marine Dr, Portland, OR 97203 on September 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Interested sub-contractors are also invited.
