Metro is requesting proposals for Construction Management by General Contractor (CM/GC) for the
Portland Expo Center Interim Sports Pivot (“Project”).

Pre-Proposal Site Visit Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at the Portland Expo Center (Expo) located at 2025 North Expo Road, Portland, OR. 97217 (see attached map) on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference to gain information about the RFP
requirements.
