Description
Demolition and legal disposal of a single family home, detached garage with animal barn on an unoccupied site including all footings, foundation walls, and slabs. The Contractor shall remove the structures and all building materials including but not limited to concrete, rebar, vapor barriers, lumber, siding, roofing, windows, doors, drywall, insulation, cabinets, countertops, sinks, bathtubs, showers, toilets, appliances, plumbing pipes, wiring, in ground basketball hoop, yard spigots, built in and loose furniture, trash, and all construction debris such as: wood, glass, metal, plastic, cellulose, insulation, asphalt, etc. associated with the demolition and/or within the project site.

Pre-Bid Conference Information
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on June 25th 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at 2815 SE 90th Place, Portland, OR 97266. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
