RFP 4590 - CMGC for Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall HVAC Equipment Replacement

Description

Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and general contracting services in two phases: preconstruction phase services and construction phase services, and as described in the attached contract documents, including but not limited to:

·      Throughout the preconstruction phase and construction phase of the project, the CM/GC will provide construction management services, generally consisting of coordinating and managing the building process as an independent contractor, in cooperation with Metro and the design team.

·       Meet, consult with, advise, assist, and provide recommendations to Metro and the design team on all aspects of the planning, design and construction of the project.

·      Provide all preconstruction phase services described in the contract documents on an ongoing basis in support of, and in line with, the project time frame.

·     Upon execution of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment or an Early Work Amendment, provide construction phase services as described in the contract documents, including providing and paying for all materials, tools, equipment, labor, and professional and non-professional services to properly perform and complete the work, to furnish a complete, fully functional project, capable of being legally occupied and fully used for its intended purposes.
