Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on June 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 25805 SE Dowty Road, Eagle Creek, Oregon. Note: the site walk may consist of walking 2+ miles outdoors over rough,
uneven terrain.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A second viewing of the work site is scheduled for all potential prime and subcontractors on June 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. until noon at 25805 SE Dowty Road, Eagle Creek, Oregon. No project details will be shared at this meeting. Any questions will be responded to in an addendum following the meeting. All visitors must sign in when arriving at worksite, provide cell phone for contact while at the worksite and sign out when leaving. We ask that you are back at the check in point no later than 11:45 a.m.. High visibility vests/jackets/shirts are requested.
