Metro is inviting quotes for Kitchen Fire Suppression System Inspection, Maintenance and Repair for the Oregon Convention Center and Portland Expo Center.

Pre-Quote Site Visit Information
A voluntary pre-bid conference will be held on the following dates. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFQ requirements and see the site. Please follow the RSVP instructions on BidLocker. Details concerning the project are contained in this document.
Oregon Convention Center: 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Monday June 8, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Please meet in the main lobby located on NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and NE Oregon St (MLK LOBBY). Parking passes will be sent out to interested bidders who RSVP on Bid Locker. Parking passes will give you access to the P2 parking garage located in the back of the building off NE 1st Ave (P2 PARKING GARAGE).
