ITB 4579 Fence Repair, Minor Installation, and Removal

Description

Metro and the Metro Venues are seeking Fence Repair,  Minor Installation, and Removal for both residential and commercial properties owned by Metro and Metro Venues.  This includes minor installation and removal of contractor provided temporary fencing as well.  Services will be provided on an on-call basis.  This includes all Metro facilities, sites and venues including residential sites throughout the Metro Region, Parks, cemeteries, and boat ramps.  Bidders may include bids for commercial services, residential services, or both.

Bid Writing Coaching for Small Businesses

For this ITB, Metro offers free coaching for interested small businesses. Firms must state that they’re a small business owner. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about how to respond to this ITB and understanding the ITB requirements. Any interested small firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on May 20, 2026 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
