Description
Metro is inviting bids for Art Bar Renovation for the Portland’5 Centers for Arts.
The Antionette Hatfield Hall houses three theaters and hosts a variety of performances, speakers, and events throughout the year. The Art Bar serves guests during various events and adds to the artistic atmosphere of the lobby area of Hatfield Hall. It was last updated in The early 2000’s and this renovation is meant to make the space more welcoming for guests as well as eliminating the dated cabinetry which has presented a safety issue with barkeepers.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 1111 SW Broadway, Portland, OR on May 11, 2026 at 11:00am. Interested proposers are strongly encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements and see the site.
Site Walk is not mandatory, but Metro would like to reiterate that intersted proposers are strongly encouraged to attend.
