Description
Metro is requesting proposals for Independent Verification and Validation Oversight for the Workday Implementation. Metro is looking for a partner to provide independent verification and validation (IV&V) oversight services to support Metro’s Workday implementation. The objective of IV&V is to provide leadership with independent, objective insight into delivery health, milestone readiness, and material risks while reinforcing scope control, schedule integrity, governance discipline, and readiness for go‑live and stabilization.
