Description
Metro, is inviting bids for St. Johns Landfill Gate Project for the St. Johns Landfill.
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on May 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at 9387 N Columbia Blvd. Portland, OR 97203. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
Bid Writing Coaching for Small Businesses
For this ITB, Metro offers free coaching for interested small businesses. Firms must state that they’re a small business owner. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about how to respond to this ITB and understanding the ITB requirements. Any interested small firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on May 8, 2026 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you
with the contractor for scheduling.
