Description
Metro and the Metro Venues are seeking Overhead Roll-Up Door Drop Testing and security gate On-Call Maintenance and Repair Services for both residential and commercial properties owned by Metro and Metro Venues. Services are requested on a scheduled basis and may be requested on an emergency basis if needed. This includes all Metro facilities, sites and venues including approximately 28 residential sites throughout the Metro Region, park facilities, nature parks, and boat ramps. Bidders may include bids for commercial services, residential services, or both.
