Description
Metro is requesting proposals for Parking Management Services for the Portland Expo Center. The Portland Expo Center (Expo) parking facilities currently include approximately 2,500 spaces. Access controlled parking is available at the parking facility’s main entry and secondary entry. Expo intermittently uses two multi-purpose auxiliary lots that are utilized on an “as needed” basis on busy event days and staffed by one or two parking cashiers. Expo also contracts with large events to operate overflow parking and shuttle service at offsite lots.
METRO IS EXTENDING THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS TO APRIL 29, 2026. THERE WILL BE A FOLLOW UP ADDENDUM CONTAINING ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED FROM POTENTIAL PROPOSERS.
