Description
The Portland Expo Center is seeking qualified proposers to provide security services for the facility. The Portland Expo Center is a multi-purpose facility with 330,000 square feet of flexible event space and 2,500 parking spaces.
Proposers will provide professional, reliable, and customer service-oriented security services and will help support daily operations, event activity, facility protection, and emergency response in coordination with Expo Center management and the Metro Public Safety Division.
Attendence at pre-proposal meeting is mandatory. Proposers planning to attend are required to RSVP below.

Pre-Proposal Conference Information
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 2025 North Expo Road, Portland, OR 97217. Follow instructions on Bid Locker to RSVP (REQUIRED) to one of the time options below:
Option 1: Monday March 30, 2026 at 1:00 pm
Parking is available in front of Hall D (free parking). Please meet at the main entrance (Hall D lobby). Contact Expo security 503-736-5220 for assistance or access. Interested proposers and subcontractors are required to attend one of the two conferences in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
Interested proposers are required to attend one of the two pre-proposal meetings. Any proposals received from firms that did not attend (based on sign-in records) will be deemed non-responsive.
