Description

The contract(s) contemplated consists of the installation of safety work platforms on two cooling towers.  One on the Keller Auditorium, one on Antoinette Hatfield Hall in Portland, OR.

Manufacturer specs are attached to the ITB document, platforms shall be standard units supplied by the associated tower's manufacturer.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on March 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Keller Auditorium Stage Door at 222 SW Clay Street.  The conference will then move to Antoinette Hatfield Hall, 1111 SW Broadway.   Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
