Description
The purpose of this RFP is to establish multiple retainer agreements for various services to be used on an as-needed basis. This RFP is a second round of the initial On-call Repair and Maintenance Services Retainer Contract RFP that was issued in November 2025. Contractors awarded a contract during the previous RFP do not need to submit another proposal.
In general, work includes 24/7 on-call maintenance and repair services at various County locations for the services listed below. The County intends to make multiple awards and may add services as needed.

3. Exterminator and Pest Control Services
4. Fencing Repair and Maintenance
5. Fire and Life Safety Systems Repair, Maintenance, Testing
6. General/Minor Clean-up Services
7. Generator Repair and Maintenance
8. Hoist and Crane Services
9. HVAC (including building controls) Services
10. Plumbing- Well Services
11. Scaffolding
12. Septic System Repair, Maintenance, Testing, and Pumping Services
13. Tree Trimming (minor)
14. Trail and Pathway Repair
15. Vegetation Management and Fuels Reduction Services (brush)
16. Welding and Fabrication Services

About Lane County
Lane County is one of the largest counties in Oregon, stretching from the peaks of the Cascade Mountain range to the beaches on the Oregon coast. About Lane County Procurement
Lane County is comprised of twelve departments that each process contracts and make purchases per Contract Policies approved by the Lane County Board of Commissioners. These policies can be found in the Lane Manual Chapter 20. Oversight is provided by the Procurement Office and County Counsel.
