Description
Lane County is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide construction services to upgrade and expand the existing wastewater treatment infrastructure that services the Armitage RV Park campground. All construction shall be performed in accordance with the engineered design drawings, general construction notes, technical specifications, and applicable state and county regulatory requirements.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Tuesday June 30, 2026, 9:00am, Armitage Park: 90064 Coburg Rd, Eugene, OR 97408. Meeting will take place within the campground check-in parking lot. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote.

About Lane County
Lane County is one of the largest counties in Oregon, stretching from the peaks of the Cascade Mountain range to the beaches on the Oregon coast. As of 2023 census the population was over 380,000, making it the fourth-most populous county in Oregon. Most County facilities are located within the Eugene-Springfield Metro area.
About Lane County Procurement
Lane County is comprised of twelve departments that each process contracts and make purchases per Contract Policies approved by the Lane County Board of Commissioners. These policies can be found in the Lane Manual Chapter 20. Oversight is provided by the Procurement Office and County Counsel.
