Description

Lane County is seeking quotes from qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive environmental review services for the construction of up to three multi-home locations in the McKenzie River Valley, Oregon—specific sites are still to be determined. Environmental review shall be compliant with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and HUD’s implementing regulations at 24 CFR Part 58, including all related federal laws and authorities listed in 24 CFR §§58.5 and 58.6. 

Contingency: The environmental review included within this scope of work will support siting and construction of housing that will be funded by Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. CDBG-DR funds for land acquisition and construction will be provided to a non-profit partner through a grant from Lane County. Commencement of the environmental review is contingent upon the Lane County Board of Commissioners authorizing the granting of funds to the non-profit housing partner.
