Description
Lane County is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide construction services to renovate the south restrooms of the Lane Events Center Convention Center. Construction services include selective demolition of existing finishes, fixtures, partitions, doors, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements as required to prepare the space for new construction. New construction activities will include concrete work for floor preparation and modifications, installation of new metal fabrication components, rough and finish carpentry, installation of new metal door frames and wood doors, and application of all specified interior finishes.
Contractors are responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the restroom remodel as detailed in the project drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. Coordination among all trades is required to ensure a complete and fully functional facility upon project completion.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Tuesday June 9, 2026, 11:00am, at the Lane Events Center Convention Center: 796 W 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote. Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.
