Description

Lane County is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the removal and replacement of boarding docks at Orchard Point Park Boat Ramp, located in Eugene, Oregon. Construction services to include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the fabrication, delivery, offloading, removal of the existing dock, site preparation, and installation of new aluminum boarding docks in accordance with the project specifications and applicable standards.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information

A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Wednesday June 3, 2026, at 2:00pm, at Orchard Point Marina and Boat Ramp Parking Lot: 27060 Clear Lake Rd, Eugene, OR 97402. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote.  Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.
