Description
Lane County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services for construction of the Lane Stabilization Center in Springfield, Oregon. This project is a Lane County Community Benefits Project; therefore all Offerors must be prequalified by the County. See the solicitation document for additional information.

Offerors are required to be deemed prequalified for the Lane County Community Benefit Bidding Program no later than 7 days prior to the Closing date stated above. About Lane County
Lane County is one of the largest counties in Oregon, stretching from the peaks of the Cascade Mountain range to the beaches on the Oregon coast. About Lane County Procurement
Lane County is comprised of twelve departments that each process contracts and make purchases per Contract Policies approved by the Lane County Board of Commissioners. These policies can be found in the Lane Manual Chapter 20. Oversight is provided by the Procurement Office and County Counsel.
