Description

The City of Hillsboro has multiple departments across the organization that have an ongoing need to source portable chemical toilet and handwashing stations rentals and related delivery, pick-up, and maintenance services of the units on both an “on-call” and a routine/scheduled basis.  Our goal with this solicitation is to partner with a qualified, customer service-oriented firm that can supply us with quality rental and maintenance services at the most cost-efficient rates customary to the market. Rates are an important factor the City will be considering but equally important, and the reason the City is soliciting these services via an RFP versus an ITB/IFB, is partnering with a conscientious firm that will provide high levels of customer service, reliability, and flexibility.
