Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to select a vendor to provide youth basketball officials and assignment
services for Hoopers Basketball League. Hoopers Basketball has two officials per game for third
grade to high school. Hoopers operates two distinct seasons. The early winter season serves third
and fourth grade and high school (December – January). The late winter season serves grades fifth
through eighth (late January to mid-March).
